Jessica Keller received her bachelor’s degree in 2009 from Hofstra University (B.A., Political Science). She received her J.D. in 2012 from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. During her time in law school, she served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable C. Stephen Hackeling. In 2017, Ms. Keller was selected to the New York Metro Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers Magazine.
Prior to joining Bernstein Liebhard, Ms. Keller was an associate at a well-respected mass tort firm located in Long Island, New York.
Ms. Keller is active in the Firm’s mass tort practice, concentrating in the areas of pharmaceutical liability and defective medical devices. She is currently representing clients with injuries from prescription drugs, such as Nexium, Prilosec & Prevacid (“PPIs”), Zofran, Lipitor, Taxotere, Fosamax, Talc Powder, and defective devices, such as Transvaginal Mesh, hernia meshes, Mirena IUD, and IVC Filters.
Ms. Keller is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York and to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Western, and Northern Districts of New York.
