Jessica D. Keller received her bachelor’s degree in 2009 from Hofstra University (B.A., Political Science). She received her J.D. in 2012 from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. During her time in law school, she served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable C. Stephen Hackeling. In 2012, she participated in the Interscholastic Intellectual Property Transactional Law Meet and the Mock Trial Enrichment Program. Additionally, Ms. Keller was the recipient of a merit scholarship and the Shirley & Hyman Goldstein Endowed Scholarship.
Prior to joining Bernstein Liebhard, Ms. Keller was an associate at a well-respected mass tort firm located in Long Island, New York.
Ms. Keller is active in the Firm’s mass tort practice, concentrating in the areas of pharmaceutical liability and defective medical devices. She is currently representing clients with injuries from prescription drugs, such as Lipitor and Zofran, and defective devices, such as Transvaginal Mesh and Mirena IUD.
Ms. Keller is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York and to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Western, and Northern Districts of New York.
