Brian E. Lehman
Mr. Lehman received his bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of Michigan in 1996, and graduated with honors from the University of Chicago Law School in 2000. While at the University of Chicago, Mr. Lehman was co-founder and articles editor for Chicago Journal of International Law as well as a member of the University of Chicago Legal Forum. Following law school, Mr. Lehman clerked in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Mr. Lehman has significant experience in multi-district litigation and securities fraud class actions. In addition, among other things, from 2007 to 2008, Mr. Lehman assisted Judge Shira A. Scheindlin under Rule 53 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure in In Re MTBE Products Liability Litigation, a mass tort case in the Southern District of New York.
