Associate Roopal Luhana Moderates "Advocacy Track: Applying the Techniques at Trial"
Bernstein Liebhard Associate Roopal P. Luhana will be an invited moderator of the "Advocacy Track: Applying the Techniques at Trial" which is an education program sponsored by the Women Trial Lawyers Caucus of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), formerly the American Trial Lawyers Association, at the AAJ Annual Convention in San Francisco, California on July 28, 2009. Ms. Luhana will moderate discussions by panelists on the ins and outs of jury selection, opening statements, visual presentation of trial evidence, and closing arguments. The panelists include some of the most prominent and well-know female trial lawyers in the country.
