Bernstein Named One of "100 Lawyers You Need to Know in Securities Litigation"
On April 8, 2008, Lawdragon magazine named senior partner Stanley D. Bernstein one of the "100 Lawyers You Need to Know in Securities Litigation." Of the 100 attorneys listed, only 17 represent plaintiffs. According to the article, which is linked below, "Those we chose to feature here generally specialize in private shareholder class actions, winning the critical motions to dismiss and trying the rare cases. . . . We've chosen a few of the champion trial lawyers who can handle any case, any time, any where." Lawdragon created the list after soliciting nominations from 50,000 attorneys and judges nationwide.
